NextGen Kitchen & Bath Platform ("Platform") connects homeowners with licensed contractors in our partner network. We facilitate introductions and project matching but do not perform construction work directly.

Partner Contractors

All contractors in our network, including EvolveX and Modern City Group, are independently licensed and insured. While we carefully vet our partners, you are entering into a direct contract with the contractor, not with NextGen Platform.

Platform Use Agreement

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and contact details
• Communicate professionally with our partner contractors
• Work directly with matched contractors for project completion
• Allow us to facilitate the initial introduction and consultation

Free Consultation

Our contractor matching service and initial consultation are provided at no cost. Any project costs are agreed upon directly between you and the contractor.

Limitation of Liability

NextGen Platform is not responsible for contractor work quality, project delays, cost overruns, or disputes between homeowners and contractors. All construction work is performed by independent licensed contractors who are solely responsible for their work.
